I have successfully helped hundreds of people overcome daily anxiety, panic attacks and other challenges.  I teach tools that can be utilized anywhere, anytime giving immediate results. Clients learn to take charge of their lives and make long-lasting changes in a short period of time.

Using Body/Mind Psychotherapy, I work with each client to charge up energy, moving from thoughts to feelings to grounded action. Through breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and journal writing, I assist each individual in developing a plan for maintaining emotional health along with managing personal crises.

In private practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for more than 20 years, I counsel, lecture and teach workshops on managing anxiety and panic attacks, sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress, addictions, eating disorders, parenting, relationships, spirituality, and Holocaust issues. As the lead interviewer/trainer for Spielberg’s survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation, I developed and conducted training sessions on five continents.

PUBLIC SPEAKING

An exceptional speaker, I have charmed audiences of 10 to 1000 around the world. As a workshop leader in business and professional settings, I keep participants actively involved in the subject matter. A skilled facilitator, I am a quick study in reading group dynamics, and adapting my presentation to engage those in attendance. I include practical applications and exercises that can be taught anywhere in any setting, and incorporated immediately into participants’ lives.

I create customized workshops for small groups to large audiences for businesses, non-profit organizations and volunteer groups.  My presentations can be geared to retreats, conferences or office meetings.  Feedback has been enthusiastic and heart-warming.
